Authentic Guatemalan Cuisine
A Culinary Trip Down Chapin Lane
Amazing, delicious food made with love and purpose. My favorite is the Carne Asada! Can’t wait til the next time I can eat this authentic Guatemalan cuisine.Catherine Magarino2024-03-14Authentic, interesting, and most importantly, DELICIOUS. I had the carne asada, pinchos, and the deconstructed tamales. The pinchos were delicious, but I was quickly enchanted by the carne asada, which was prepared in this fabulously unique cilantro based marinade that was unlike anything I’ve had before. Served with a type of Guatemalan salsa I learned was called “chirmol”, fantastic combo of flavors, a delight to the palate. The tamales however were the star of the show to me. Deconstructed so they could be eaten with a fork or spoon, a bit saucier than the Mexican tamales I was used to, and much more flavorful. So glad to finally see Guatemalan cuisine be more represented in Miami, would gladly hire again!Sebastian Hernandez2024-03-14Amazing food and service. Unique and tasty!Nicolas Martinez2024-02-23
