CATERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES
DELIVERY ONLY: Corporate or Residential drop off catering is when we prepare food fully in our kitchen and deliver the final product to our clients. No staff is required and no preparation is done on-site.
DELIVERY AREA LOCATIONS: We deliver all over South Florida. Delivery charges vary base on the distance from our location. Please call for the rates to your office or venue.
BOOKING/ORDERING: We require each order to be for a minimum of 10 or more people. We also ask for a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for all items in our menu. We do try to accommodate orders within 72 (3 days) hours, but may be subject to availability and our delivery schedule.

BUFFET
Food is delivered warmed in containers and set up with chaffers to keep food warm. Table is decorated with traditional authentic Guatemalan artisanal textiles and items.
FULL CATERING SERVICE
Food is delivered warmed in containers and served to individuals. For a sit-down setting, staff serves the food. If the event is a casual, “cocktail” style event, staff passes out hors d’oeuvres throughout the event.
